I looked on Amazon, and they have them, but the common thread is that they're one-size, and too big for a lot of people. So I checked Etsy, and they have a vendor who makes them by hip size, and in lots of colors:

I’ve ordered a couple red ones and a couple white ones off eBay. Super cheap, like $7 each. The red ones have a stamp on them and are a little more heavy duty.
