I've exclusively shopped Gregg Homme for years after finding them to be the best quality and fit of any of the dozen or so brands I had tried. Figured it was time to try branching out again.
Saw N2N Bodywear recommended on here somewhere, forget which thread. Checked them out and liked the look of some of their pieces. Also like that they are USA company and their prices were great. So gave them a shot on black Friday and ordered 5 pieces.
Checkout went fine, all 5 pieces were in stock presumably as I was able to add them to my cart and complete the order. Received the confirmation email and thought all was well, excited to try some different underwear.
5 hours later I receive an automated email that my order was canceled. No explanation as to why, not a cancelation of just unavailable items, a total and indescript cancelation. Email signature said to respond to the email if I had questions. I did so and received an out of office reply that they wouldn't be responding until Monday because of the holiday.
Thinking it might be some system fluke I replaced my order. Everything went through fine once again, received the confirmation email. A few hours late, no cancelation email, so I double checked the order status on their website to be sure and sure enough it was also canceled.
Have still not received any response from N2N. Horrible experience. Will never be shopping with them again.
