Anyone wear asymmetrical cock ring on base of the shaft? Is this ring meant for the glan head?

Find it when wearing tight base shaft ring gland head becomes engorged so i can easily wear screw ball bead ring on the glan.

Impossible to wear together base shaft ring only having space to wear donut rings around entire balls and shaft.
