A story from a couple of years ago.

I was staying at an adults only hotel in Tenerife. I chose it bc it was adults only and had a rooftop terrace away from the main pool areas.

I found a spot away from the other beds that was conveniently near the smoking area. I could sunbathe being ‘me’.

One day I got bold, wearing a red g string shaft number. It wasn’t a swimsuit. It was underwear. So, thinner. And smaller.

I happened to pop over to the smoking area. A couple of girls turned up. We got chatting. They were Icelandic.

Eventually one of them broached the subject. It went like this.

Them (I can’t remember which said what): that’s nice what you’re wearing.
Me: thanks. I don’t think everyone would agree. Hence I hide here.
Them; no!!! You shouldn’t hide. You look great. And your belly button bar!!

Me: thank you again. I’m a bit scared though.
Them: don’t be !! Look!! We’re wearing g strings. So can you!!
Me:,yeah but people don’t expect men to be wearing something so revealing.
Them: who cares about your gender??? !! Just be proud of who you are. You’ve got a great body….. and a lovely…..
Me: <blush like mad>
Them: but…. You should pull the side straps down lower. Looks even better. Like ours.

We chatted some more. They told me to stand up. I did.

I was in Madrid at a gay hotel with a similar rooftop setup--small pool, bar, sundeck.
