My girlfriend and I live together. She lost her vision around 2010. Before she moved in with me, she stayed by herself at an extended stay hotel. I would visit her when I got off work. Some days, her mom (who is now 64 years old) would come from her home 30 miles away to take her to doctors appointments, grocery shop for her, or stay with her when she was sick. On several occasions while visiting my girlfriend, I was wearing a t-shirt and compression leggings (which I wear without underwear) when her mom came by. I'm by no means shy about being seen in what I was wearing. The extended stay kept going up on the rates to where she could no longer afford to stay there, so I told her she should move in with me. At home, I lounge around in little of nothing, if anything the majority of the time. My girlfriend's mom comes to take her to doctors appointments when I have to work and sometimes picks up medicine for my girlfriend if she's in the area. On several occasions when I knew that my girlfriend's mom would be coming by while I was gone, I've left various underwear (bikini, thong, g-string, jockstrap) in the bathroom either on the robe hook behind the door, on the floor between the toilet and the vanity or on the countertop of the vanity just to see if I got a reaction out of her. Once, I sent her a text saying that I was sorry about leaving my g-string on the countertop and hoped that it didn't embarrass her. She simply replied that it was ok and she wasn't embarrassed. One day, I did find that the g-string I had left on the vanity countertop had been moved into the bedroom. I don't know if my girlfriend or her mom moved it, but I would assume it was her mom since my girlfriend wouldn't have been able to tell that it was on the counter in the first place.
I worked nights at a hospital 3 days a week for a few months and my girlfriend's mom would sleep in the spare bedroom while I was gone. She and my girlfriend would be asleep when I got home. She slept facing the door of the bedroom which was open. From the bed, there's a clear view of anyone walking out of the master bedroom to the bathroom. I would come into the house, strip out of my scrubs, t-shirt, compression leggings and socks in the master bedroom then grab a t-shirt and shorts before walking naked to the bathroom to shower. It was usually still dark at this time and I never turned on any lights until after getting into the bathroom. When I finished showering, I would turn off the light and often walk back to the bedroom with the t-shirt and shorts in my hand before climbing into bed naked. I don't know if my girlfriend's mom woke up any of the times that I did this as she never mentioned it at any time.
Since I lounge around nude on days off, I'll keep a t-shirt and pair of loose fitting shorts or sweatpants or a pair of sleep pants that she gave me for Christmas a couple of years ago handy in case she (or other unexpected company) drops by. My girlfriend, her mom & I spent a week in a hotel together on vacation at Walt Disney World 2 years ago. I slept in a pair of loose fitting shorts (no underwear, or course) and a t-shirt each night. I slept on the side of the bed adjacent to the bed that my girlfriend's mom slept on. I'm sure that if she paid close attention, she would have noticed I wasn't wearing underwear each night as I got into bed after showering and each morning as I was getting ready.
I enjoy the tease of wearing a thong, g-string or jockstrap underneath a pair of shorts or sweatpants when she's around. I don't usually tie the drawstring and sometimes the shorts or sweatpants will start to slide down my waist & hips revealing the waistband of whatever I have on underneath, if anything at all. And for almost 2 years now, my girlfriend's lesbian sister has come to visit with their mom for brief periods or for several hours to eat a meal and play games or watch movies.
