aka Taint Teasers, Taint Lickers, and Teardrops. Not at all hard to find, although Koalaswim is indeed a source, maybe as good as anybody else. Be careful about the sizing, these are typically described by the diameter of the hole, which doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the overall size of the piece. You might have to eyeball it a bit if you have a source that doesn't list the complete dimensions.

The first time I tried one, the overall thing was just stupidly too large, It felt like I was trying to hang a steam iron off my cock! LoL! Second time I got it right. They're fun when the fit's good!

Yes indeed...diameter quoted is always inside diameter. Wrap a cord around your manhood not too tight...measure it. Divide number by 3.14...answer is diameter.... get size up if not exact. (Best to use millimetres) easier not to go wrong!! Mine are all 50mm cr...enjoy!
