Penis plug

I am getting into penis plugs and I was curious if anyone has any recommendations on any. I currently have one but it’s just a long tube. It screws into a chastity cage that I was gifted but the cage isn’t comfortable.
I would like to get one that will stay in on it’s own and comfortable during daytime use.

Just learning about sounding. I bought silicone sounds of different diameters. Use lots of lube and a subtle twisting motion when inserting

It can hurt if you are too aggressive, not enough lube, or too big a sounding rod/plug…
Start slow, use lube and it is very erotic
