Back in the day just before the internet, one of the things I loved to do was going around all the shops/undies departments on the weekend. I found it very erotic looking at all the skimpy undies (high street shops better back then than now) and picking them up and inspecting them, at least the ones not in packaging. I dropped by the underwear department near my work place over lunch a few days ago. It was a weekday and was quieter than usual. There was no one else around and I had all the time in the world to check out the undies on sale. I like to touch and feel the materials and see the actual cut of the underwear. I am also quite particular about the color. Many years ago the sales lady was quite OK with me choosing my own color for the 2 or 3-packs - one even helped me look for the color I wanted . I guess she was really bored standing in the store the whole day. Another time I was checking out a pair of thongs, and the sales lady "warned" me about the cut, and pointed me to the full-back next to it, thinking that I had picked up the wrong cut by mistake . Now it seems that the department store no longer carries any g-strings or thongs. And there weren't any sales ladies standing around the male underwear department any more.

I settled for a box of Skinxwear micro bikinis in the end. I have been wearing micro briefs (with the waist band) for quite a while and am looking for a change. The colors available were a little dull (navy blue, black, gray) but the material is quite thin and soft. It has a more generous cock pouch compared to other brands... something I am still getting used to (it feels like not wearing anything at all )
