Asked to leave because of undies?

Have you ever been asked to leave somewhere because you were in underwear? We went to this spa by the city that opened right before covid. They had like 10 hot tubs all kids of other water features to hang out in, saunas, steam rooms, etc. My friend and I left the locker room in briefs, I was in grey 2xist sport briefs and he was in blue ck hip briefs. We were in the 2nd hot tub we visited when this lady came over and told us we had to get out of the pool and that we could wear underwear in the pool only bathing suits. Said it pretty loud infromt of probably 20 surrounding people. So we had to take a walk of shame back in to the locker room in soaking wet undies. We ended up just hanging out in the non bathing areas and leaving. Total bummer. But the humiliation level was amazing, I'm personally turned on by these kinds of things so I enjoyed it except for paying for an $80 guest pass and not really getting the full experience

I’ve never worn underwear of that sort in a situation like that. I reallly don’t own much uw that cannot pass as swimwear anyway. Most Muscleskins, Joe Snyder and Jovanna all look like swimwear…but I’d probably get kicked out for wearing a lycra thong more than anything!

I think it's a valid ask. While swim wear may not be more hygenic, people may think it is because some/most are lined.

Tighty whities become see thru when wet and people also think you've been sweating and stewing in your underwear all day (if u went to the place after work). In contrast, swimwear is "fresh" and worn for that specific spa activity
