Approached by a guy on the beach

I'm desperate to start getting a tan, but here in Melbourne it's still grey days and the next week is forecast to be raining, so today when I got a chance of a little sunshine, I took it and hightailed it down to the beach.
Today is Friday and I got there at 10ish and stripped off to just a fairly small pair of thongs (actually underwear, but you can't see through them)
I was the only one on the beach except for a guy cleaning the beach with a machine, he went past a couple of times them stopped, came over and apologised for make such a noise and also said I didn't have to move or anything. (I actually thought he might have come over to tell me to wear something to cover up)
While we chatted, I didn't try to cover up anything, just tried to be natural, just as he was about to go, he said, "interesting bathers", thats the understatement of the year, I was wearing a micro thong with a cockring, really pushing the boundaries.
This is the first time I've had anyone come up to me and just talk while being almost naked.
Have any of you had this sort of thing happen?

Had this happen a few times at Swanbourne and other nude beaches I've been at. Generally guys are trying to be a bit discreet while hitting me up. If they're a bit too hairy.. I won't get too "exhibitionist" and want to play.. so happy to just have a pleasant chat. They get the hint and move on. Like you I don't try to cover up as it's still a rush lying there naked or in a micro thong and guys coming up to you. If they're nice and smooth shaved I do tend to go into "exhibitionist" mode and spread my legs. Love them checking me out

Bummer.. I don't get to Swannie as often as I'd like these days either.. sigh.. Lots of hot memorable afternoons with guys in the dunes

It happens to me frequently… they casually approach and make small talk or ask random questions. I try to give them a bit of show knowing that they want to come over and check me out. I love it. I usually get a bit aroused. I love being the brave guy in a thong that they want to be… i always try to encourage them to try it for themselves.

It was a bit of a shock to me, but I held my ground, I’ll do better next time, I’ve come so far so quickly wearing thongs to the beach.

I also have had lots of guys come by and make conversation so they can get a better look while not seeming creepy. I definitely encourage them and will often approach guys and strike up a conversation, with other guys who at the beach. I assume that if they are at the beach in a thong or minimal suit they are not adverse to a bit of a chat. I also would like my choice of bathing suit to be accepted as not remarkable and that means creepy gawking needs to be gone as well as isolation and hiding.
